The host family I stayed with were really nice. She was a hairdresser and he was a photographer. They had a gallery were he had his pictures and she had her shop in behind. They had 2 daughters but one wasn't home much. It was nice to have my own room. We helped get ready for the play Bye Bye Birdie. We all went to see it last night. Now I am back at the Katimavik house.
In the picture with the fire, that is the pine trees they burnt to get rid of the pine beetles. It was a really hot fire.
